A Guest Service Agent is the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for guests from check-in to check-out.
The role involves greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, answering enquiries in person, by phone, and via email, assisting with reservations and payments, providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays, and handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
