Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Sydney.

In this role, you will be the face of our store, working across various departments including packing treats in the bakery, scanning customer purchases, serving slices in the deli or restocking shelves with fresh produce.

As a key member of our store team, you will need:

  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • The ability to think on your feet and answer customer queries confidently and professionally
  • Good physical fitness as you will be standing for long periods and may require some lifting and reaching
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
