Job Role

As a site quality leader, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of quality in our projects. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and implementing quality control processes to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and ensure that quality systems are aligned with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Implement continuous improvement measures to identify areas for improvement and optimize root cause analysis.
  • Closely collaborate with site supervisors and contractors to ensure seamless quality activities.
  • Work closely with installation teams to ensure work is completed safely, meets quality standards, customer requirements, and project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and efficiency.
  • Previous experience in quality management for large hydro power projects or similar industries; construction and/or E&M experience is required, and Australian market experience is desirable.
