About this Role
We seek motivated individuals who share our passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences. In this role, you'll support both new and existing Eway and Ezidebit customers, addressing inquiries, and playing a critical part in their journey with us.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails from business-to-business customers promptly and effectively;
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with a solution-focused approach;
- Maintain accurate client data;
- Identify recurring issues or trends affecting customers and escalate them appropriately.

Salary and Benefits
