Seeking an exceptional individual to assume a leadership role in our Melbourne-based aircraft maintenance operation. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a close-knit team and drive productivity and efficiency gains.
- Maintain compliance with engineering procedures and certification requirements as per the Civil Aviation Regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance base's infrastructure to ensure timely completion of R.P.T. timetable commitments.
- Provide proactive leadership and support to the broader engineering team.
- Monitor and control costs associated with aircraft maintenance.
- Ensure the serviceability of ground equipment and tooling.
Key Requirements:
- Proven self-starter with a flexible attitude.
- Able to manage a close-knit team while working independently.
- Demonstrated willingness to accept responsibility.
- Experience in airline operations.
- Ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
