Job Title: Nurse Leader - After Hours Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead after hours administration and bed management for our hospital. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and role modelling, promoting and ensuring maintenance of clinical standards of quality care.

About the Role:
  • Provide effective leadership and direction in after hours administration and bed management
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and role modelling skills
  • Promote and maintain high standards of clinical care

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead after hours administration and bed management teams
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
