Dental Assistant Role

This dynamic and fast-paced role offers a unique opportunity to work closely within a team and deliver exceptional customer care.

  • As a Dental Assistant, you will provide key support in delivering high-quality dental care to patients, working alongside clinicians and other support staff.
  • You will be responsible for preparing treatment rooms and instruments, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clinicians in providing patient care.
  • Preparing treatment rooms and instruments.
  • Sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Providing chairside assistance during procedures.
  • Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
  • Collaborating with the dental team to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Reception duties including meeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, payment processing, and insurance administration.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
