Dental Assistant Role
This dynamic and fast-paced role offers a unique opportunity to work closely within a team and deliver exceptional customer care.
- As a Dental Assistant, you will provide key support in delivering high-quality dental care to patients, working alongside clinicians and other support staff.
- You will be responsible for preparing treatment rooms and instruments, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clinicians in providing patient care.
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments.
- Sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean environment.
- Providing chairside assistance during procedures.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Reception duties including meeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, payment processing, and insurance administration.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
