Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced dental care professional who can deliver excellence in customer service and support in a fast-paced practice environment.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare practitioners and support staff who offer a comprehensive approach to patient care and treatment requirements.

We are focused on providing convenience to our patients in a relaxed atmosphere and always strive to ensure they are as comfortable as possible.

  • Assist dentists in all chair-side tasks and sterilization procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with new and existing patients.
  • Be a highly motivated, caring, and experienced dental care professional with relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • Have attention to detail, be a good listener, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have approval to work on a permanent ongoing basis in Australia and be willing to learn with an interest in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced practice environment.
  • Assist dentists in all chair-side tasks and sterilization procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with new and existing patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the efficient operation of the practice.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in dental assisting or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced practice environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
