Job Description:
  • Implement and roll out new ways of working across teams and programs to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and agility.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to help them better organise themselves, remove dependencies, and increase synchronisation.
  • Utilise your expertise in agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Lean Software Development, Kanban, SAFe) to act as an agile champion and contribute to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values.
  • Work closely with various programs/projects in client organisations, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Contribute to improving the processes for allocating backlog items to teams and tracking progress and dependencies.
  • Apply your knowledge of team dynamics and agile leadership to identify key bottlenecks and build a high-performing 'team of teams'.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager or Scrum Master on software development projects using Agile/Lean/Kanban techniques and methods.
  • Experience working at the portfolio, program, and tribe levels, driving agile transformations and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with strong relationship building skills.
  • Able to engage effectively with businesses and establish/maintain contact.
