Job Overview


We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in guest experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, with a focus on growing and developing a team of passionate professionals.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Bar, and Café outlets, including rostering and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings, with a focus on local and international trends.
  • Maintain and assist in menu and wine list development, ensuring alignment with QT's signature service.
  • Lead by example, motivating staff and driving a positive and passionate team culture.
  • Actively participate in service, developing the skills of staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements


We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager with:



  • Proven previous experience in a similar role and proven leadership experience.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and growing a team of passionate professionals.
