About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of digital content production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, style and organize physical products for photography and videography.
  • Capture clear, high-quality product images aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all products photographed or filmed.
  • Manage the export of content from the shooting platform.
  • Track progress of each content batch and update documentation.
  • Perform quality control on edited images.
  • Upload finalised image sets to digital storage locations.
  • Notify relevant teams when content is complete.
  • Maintain the studio environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related field, ideally within the retail industry.
  • Product and ecomm photography experience including styling shoots.
  • Strong technical skills in photography, set up, lighting and post-production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with high volumes of asset and data management.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience with quality control processes.
  • The right to work in Australia.
