A Cardio Coach Role
About Our Community:We are a weightlifting and athlete development hub that fosters physical, mental, and emotional strength. Our goal is to empower individuals and create a supportive environment for growth.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will design and lead high-quality coaching services for group cardio classes. This includes developing tailored training programs, coaching members on proper movements, and contributing to the positive atmosphere of our club.
Responsibilities:- Uphold coaching standards by maintaining a professional attitude.
- Lead group training sessions, ensuring individual attention and effective coaching.
- Design and implement group training programs, including strength and conditioning routines.
- Maintain client relationships through motivation and ongoing feedback.
- Regularly assess clients' progress and adjust training programs as needed.
- Certified Fitness (Level 1 minimum)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Group Training
- Public Liability Insurance and Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Strong understanding of fitness techniques and principles
- Possession of First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
