
Maintenance Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Maintenance Officer. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks around our retirement village are carried out efficiently and effectively.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting and decorating">
- Conduct repairs to buildings, fixtures and equipment">
- Liaise with residents, visitors and staff to ensure their needs are met">
- Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure the village is well-maintained and presented in a clean and tidy manner">
Requirements:
">- Experience in general maintenance and 'handyperson' roles highly desirable">
- A warm and caring personality with an interest in making a difference every day">
- Valid driver's licence required">
- Current Police Check certificate required (but if you don't have one, we can help you complete it)">
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations up-to-date">
