Occupational Therapist Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for Occupational Therapists to kickstart their career or take the next step in their professional journey.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be working with a diverse caseload across various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and communities. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, from children to adults, and provide personalized therapy services to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for client-centered care and a commitment to delivering high-quality therapy services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered OT services across the lifespan
  • Conduct assessments (FCA, driving, home mods, AT) and develop tailored therapy plans
  • Support clients with goal setting & capacity building
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic care
  • Maintain clear, compliant clinical documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Driver's licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Strong interpersonal skills + willingness to learn and grow
  • Commitment to client-centred care and best practice therapy
