Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership & Growth – Develop and implement state-level strategies aligned with national objectives.
  2. Leading High-Performance Teams – Inspire and develop a skilled, engaged team across sales, operations, logistics, product management, and customer service.
  3. Customer & Sales Leadership – Build key customer relationships, grow major accounts, and drive new business development programs.
