This role involves creating high-quality pastry products and working closely with our bakery team to ensure that all products meet our high standards.

• Creating high-quality pastry products using traditional techniques and recipes.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery.
• Assisting with stock control and production planning.
• Providing excellent customer service when required.
