Quality Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinical Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives.

This role is accountable for the ongoing development and evaluation of all components of the quality management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across our organisation, facilitating collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, and providing expert advice on quality and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality System Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate quality systems to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead quality and compliance meetings across multidisciplinary teams, supporting the analysis of key performance indicators and risk.
  • Gap Analysis and Mitigation: Identify gaps and create innovative solutions in collaboration with site management and the quality team to facilitate mitigation strategies.
  • Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to staff around quality standards requirements and assist in the resident assessment process.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Aged Care Act and the Support at Home program.
  • Registered Quality Assessor is highly regarded.
