We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Specialist to join our team in the Gladstone Region.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified mechanical professional to work with Komatsu construction equipment, providing high-quality service and maintenance to our valued customers.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package of $43.92 base rate + Field Service Allowance $91pw + Tool Allowance $20pw + Super + Overtime, ensuring their hard work is rewarded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service and maintenance on Komatsu construction equipment.
- Support our valued customers in the Gladstone Region.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Trade qualification in a relevant mechanical field (e.g., Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Diesel Fitter).
- Proven experience working on construction equipment, with specific experience on Komatsu machinery preferred.
- Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
- OEM Machine Specific Training provided by Komatsu.
