Project Manager Role

The project team is responsible for delivering energy solutions across various sectors, including healthcare, education, infrastructure, data centres, and mining. The team oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, partnering closely with customers throughout the process.

This position is based in Sydney and involves working with a multi-skilled team across Australia and New Zealand. The primary objective of this role is to plan, execute, and deliver key projects by collaborating with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Defining project scope, schedule, and budget through careful planning.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders, including supply chain, engineering, and safety teams.
  • Monitoring project progress, managing scope changes, and handling escalations.
  • Measuring project performance and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, as well as conducting commercial diligence.
  • Visiting project sites and meeting with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors and contractors to achieve project objectives.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience in managing projects within related industries.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and self-awareness.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • A customer-centric mindset, coupled with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across office, site, and remote environments.
  • Relevant studies or experience in electro-intensive fields is advantageous but not essential.
  • Current and unrestricted driver's license.
