Description
We're on the hunt for a friendly and approachable individual to welcome visitors and provide insightful guidance on our museum exhibits and collections.
This hands-on role also supports the daily operations, presentation, and promotion of two of Goulburn's iconic sites – the Goulburn Historic Waterworks and the Rocky Hill War Memorial.

Your Role:
  • Welcome and engage with visitors from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
  • Provide knowledgeable and helpful information about the museum exhibits and collections.
  • Support the daily operations, presentation, and promotion of the museum sites.
Key Requirements:
  • Passion for history, heritage, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
