Coffee Shop Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Deliver excellent customer service by educating customers on our products and services.
• Answer customer questions about coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
• Greet all customers with fast, personalized service, making them feel welcome in the establishment.
• Accurately process sales orders into the POS system and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Develop a deep understanding of coffee and tea regions, including flavor differences and blends, to make informed recommendations.
• Sell and serve baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, allowing colleagues to easily locate resources and products.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar environment.
