Academic Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our Kip McGrath Craigieburn centre as Academic Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tuition services beyond expectations, ensuring positive student assessment experiences, and maintaining high-quality delivery of professional tuition services.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students and parents/carers to ensure tuition services meet expectations;
• Deliver outstanding educational services in a supportive environment;
• Be familiar with the Western Australian maths and English curriculum across primary and secondary sectors;
• Utilize teaching qualifications and experience in primary and/or secondary teaching, with a focus on literacy, English, or maths.

Requirements

• Teaching qualification and experience in primary and/or secondary teaching, with a focus on literacy, English, or maths;
• Outstanding teaching skills and a heart for student success and confidence;
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to have difficult conversations with parents and staff.
