About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of strategies to manage school intake boundaries, monitor student demand across NSW, and build team capabilities and expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in developing solutions, leading complex data analysis, and building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in urban planning, infrastructure planning, or a related sector, and a strong understanding of the value of public education.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to manage school intake boundaries and monitor student demand
  • Leading team management, coaching, and professional development initiatives to build team capabilities and expertise
  • Building collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to influence departmental school planning initiatives

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in urban planning, infrastructure planning, or a related sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of the value of public education
  • Experience in developing solutions, leading complex data analysis, and building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
