Job Title: Casual Store Assistant

The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, including features, benefits, and prices, to effectively promote sales and drive business results.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts by maintaining attractive displays, rotating stock, and ensuring that all products are properly priced and stocked.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer payments, and manage store inventory effectively.
