Key Responsibilities- Assist in leading and coordinating the Customer Delivery team.
- Ensure that productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility, including completion of regular performance assessments.
- Organise and coordinate work within their area of responsibility.
- Assist the supervision of catering trucks within a designated work area to ensure they reach and load-up the aircraft safely and on schedule.
- Lead by example and perform all the duties of a Driver.
- Assist in training and inducting workers within a designated work area.
- Organise and coordinate work within the designated work area.
- Perform administrative documentation such as shift reports and rostering.
- Follow up on any discrepancies and ensure in-flight meal loading is correct.
- MR or HR drivers license required.
- Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
- Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fork Lift license preferred yet not essential.
- As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
- Demonstrating leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment.
- Hands-on and display leadership by example.
- Availability to work 38 hours/week, as this role is a full-time permanent position.
