Job Opportunity

You will spearhead the development and implementation of AI-enabled automation capabilities that can be easily adopted by teams across the organization.

Your experience in operations delivery will be a significant asset, enabling you to bridge the gap between strategic ambitions and practical execution.

You will bring a deep understanding of how automation can be seamlessly integrated into real-world workflows, resulting in scalable, secure, and human-centered transformation.

  • Develop and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled automation capabilities and foundational services.
  • Translate ambiguous opportunities into validated problems, lean experiments, and shippable increments; track and report adoption/value (e.g., time saved, error reduction, EX/NPS uplift).
  • Create reusable orchestration patterns and guardrails (e.g., agent hand-offs, human-in-the-loop controls) that other teams can quickly utilize.
  • Embed responsible AI and governance by design—collaborate early with Risk, Security, and Model Governance so teams adopt quickly and safely.
  • Drive change and enablement with clear playbooks, onboarding, and 'one-to-few → one-to-many' rollouts.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery with Design, Engineering, and Data; continuously balance trade-offs and prioritize outcomes ruthlessly.
