Senior Software Engineer Opportunity

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on mission-critical software used globally. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a small but highly capable team in Perth, working on backend development in Spring Boot with event-sourcing at the core.

You'll contribute across the stack, including web-based administrative hubs built in Angular, and mentor other developers in the team. The business has a collaborative culture where engineers are encouraged to build the best product they can.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • Strong skills in event sourcing framework (Axon preferred)
  • Experience delivering web-based applications using Angular or similar
  • Background working on transactional, traceable systems where reliability is essential
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of commercial software engineering experience
  • Clear communication skills and a strong team mindset
