Vehicle Detailing Position Overview
At our organization, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Vehicle Detailer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and presenting vehicles to the highest quality standards. This includes detailing passenger and commercial vehicles, performing safety and damage checks, ensuring fuel tanks are full, kilometre readings are accurate, and checking service due dates.
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Detail passenger and commercial vehicles to meet company standards
  2. Perform safety and damage checks on all vehicles
  3. Ensure fuel tank is full, kilometre reading is accurate, and check service due dates
  4. Examine upholstery cleanliness and ensure any stains or marks are removed
  5. Maintain the yards, including wash bay areas
  6. Provide excellent customer service and resolve feedback or issues promptly
  7. Assist with the movement of fleet between locations
  8. Follow WHS requirements for a zero-harm workplace
