Job Overview

This is a hands-on role that requires presence, professionalism, knowledge, and adherence to expectations in relation to waste management and cleansing within Melbourne's high-profile open spaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, working closely with Melbourne Parks and Gardens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop effective waste management strategies.
  • Promote positive attitudes and provide professional services.
  • Communicate effectively with the public and senior managers.
Requirements
  • Current Light/Medium Rigid Drivers Licence.
  • Experience in rubbish compactors and litter collection.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
