We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team at INEOS Automotive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create innovative campaigns, and working closely with international teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our local audience.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in elevating the INEOS Grenadier brand through creative content, events, and partnerships. Your expertise in event planning, budget management, and team leadership will be essential in driving business growth and increasing customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our global vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create innovative campaigns and content that break away from traditional automotive marketing.
- Work closely with international teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our local audience.
- Manage and oversee major events, product launches, and promotional activities to engage customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proven marketing experience, either client-side or agency-side.
- Strong event planning and execution skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Commercially minded, with a track record of meeting objectives and managing budgets effectively.
- A keen understanding of how customer feedback and community engagement influence brand perception and loyalty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
