Job Description

As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Digital Service offering. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored digital solutions that meet their objectives.

With a focus on driving business value, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance improvements across Portfolios and Programs of work. Your expertise in data strategy and architecture design management will be crucial in supporting the delivery of high-quality digital projects.

  • Client Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the Digital Service offering and drive innovation.
  • Power BI Support: Provide expert Power BI and Reporting support to various clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Development: Assist in the development of digital strategies and solutions that align with business goals.
Technical Skills

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with intermediate to advanced skills in:

  • Digital Strategy: Developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business growth.
  • Data Management: Designing and implementing data architectures that meet business needs.
  • Project Implementation: Managing the implementation of digital projects from start to finish.
  • System Integration: Integrating systems to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Application Development: Developing applications that meet business requirements.
  • Analytical Reporting: Creating insightful reports that inform business decisions.
  • Scenario Analytics: Developing predictive models that drive business growth.
  • Data Interrogation: Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Data Standardisation: Ensuring data consistency across systems and processes.
  • Data Model Development: Designing data models that meet business requirements.
  • Insight Reports: Developing reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Data Maps: Creating conceptual data maps to visualize complex data relationships.
  • Statistics: Applying statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data.
  • Project Controls: Managing project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Identifying and documenting business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating communication.
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly qualified professional with:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Data Analysis, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management).
  • Security Clearance: Must be security cleared or able to achieve this.
  • Work Rights: Currently in Australia with full Australian working rights.
  • Experience: Preferred experience in Data and Digital roles (e.g., Data Analyst, Digital Consultant, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Cyber Security, Technology Specialist, System Developer).
