Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team, specializing in Technology and Data & Automation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping to form the independent third line function of our governance operating model.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in auditing IT controls, with expertise in technology risk governance and management, application controls, IT service management, data and infrastructure security, cyber security operations, cryptography, identity and access management, software solution delivery, and IT resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Execute audit engagements in line with our annual Audit Plan, reviewing specific business areas with a focus on technology, data, and automation-related processes.
- Assess the adequacy and appropriateness of controls in place to manage and mitigate risk, working closely with our management team to develop sustainable solutions that enhance the control environment.
- Build capability across the Internal Audit function, drawing on your excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to work closely with colleagues across our global team.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Demonstrable experience in auditing IT controls, with strong knowledge across technology areas such as technology risk governance and management, application controls, IT service management, data and infrastructure security, cyber security operations, cryptography, identity and access management, software solution delivery, and IT resilience.
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality assurance work in technical areas, working with multiple stakeholders, across geographies, and with complex, sometimes ambiguous subject matter.
- Awareness of approaches and techniques for analyzing and interpreting data, with a focus on driving efficiency in audit execution.
- Track record in building, developing, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Internal or external audit experience, or Digital/Transformation risk experience.
