The role of a Visual Designer at our company involves working as part of a creative team to develop game assets and deliver high-quality artwork. This position requires strong artistic skills, with expertise in creating graphic compositions, logos, symbol illustrations, menus, UIs and buttons.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge of design basics, including lighting, composition, perspective, texturing, colors, etc. You should also be able to create art and animation for all game aspects, such as screen layout and symbol sets, with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making games with a diverse team of designers and developers.
  • Creating visual concepts and graphical assets for games.
  • Working with the design team to implement the game's vision.
  • Collaborating with the art team to improve processes and increase productivity.
Requirements
  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with traditional 2D animation.
  • Familiarity with AI software.
  • Proficiency in 3D software packages.
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry.
