Embryology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Embryology Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work in a dynamic laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-complexity embryology procedures, including IVF and ICSI, as well as managing cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine IVF and ICSI procedures with high precision and accuracy
  • Manage the cryopreservation process to ensure optimal embryo viability
  • Assist with embryo biopsy procedures when required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to laboratory protocols and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Contribute to laboratory duties, including stock management, equipment maintenance and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an embryology laboratory setting
  • Hold a recognized qualification in reproductive sciences or clinical embryology
  • Demonstrated expertise in IVF, ICSI and cryopreservation techniques
  • Familiarity with embryo biopsy methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Relevant professional memberships (e.g., FSA, SIRT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams
