Highway Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Road Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing general road maintenance, asphalt patching, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general road maintenance, asphalt patching, and repairs
- Operating machinery including bobcat, roller, and skid steer
- Assisting with traffic management and site safety requirements
- Working collaboratively with a small crew to complete daily tasks
- Following all OH&S policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HR licence (essential)
- Previous experience in road maintenance or asphalt works (desirable)
- Experience operating bobcat, roller, and skid steer
- Ability to work safely and effectively within a team
- Reliable transport
