Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on digital and print design to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing new and engaging creative solutions that drive our brand's vision forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative designs for brand communications, print collateral, campaigns, retail POS, environmental graphics, and digital media.
  2. Work closely with our Communications team and brand partners to deliver creative strategies and interpret briefs into compelling creative executions.
  3. Support our creative vision by producing designs and communications across various channels.
  4. Lead your team and provide coaching to ensure high-quality designs align with our brand's vision.
  5. Manage design requests from the Marketing team, prioritizing and allocating tasks to your team effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design or similar.
  • Proven experience designing brand communications, print collateral, and campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret design briefs and present ideas clearly.
  • Experience designing for web and digital media.
  • Strong organizational skills, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and coach a team.
  • High proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
