Project Engineer Role

About the Job:

e2o is an asset services company delivering valuable and sustainable solutions to clients from engineering to operations. This role involves overseeing project delivery, coordination, and commissioning of HVAC systems in a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and mechanical services, including chilled water systems, ventilation systems, and Mechanical LV systems.
  • Coordination and review of shop drawings, RFIs, ITPs, commissioning plans, and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure subcontractor works comply with design, project specifications, NCC, BCA, and project requirements.
  • Manage site engineering deliverables, including penetration schedules, red-line mark-ups, and commissioning documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day engineering and technical support to supervisors, site engineers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Rlevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Mechanical Engineer).
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) – preferred.
  • Membership of relevant Engineering Institutions (e.g. Engineers Australia) – preferred.
  • 3+ years' HVAC project delivery experience in construction (Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor environment preferred).

Candidates should have strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.
