We are seeking a motivated team member to join our cleaning crew. As a cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

We offer comprehensive paid training in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment, so you can develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

About This Role

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the store, including floors, shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collect trolleys from around the store and store carpark, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Coles Safe Work practices and ensuring a safe environment for yourself and others.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • You will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs, with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
