We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume a key role in the development and implementation of sales campaigns for agribusiness assets.
Job OverviewThe Associate Director will be responsible for pursuing new appointments, building relationships with regional contacts, and analysing the sale of properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pursuing new opportunities and fostering existing relationships with businesses that can result in ongoing opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional contacts through market presence and media mentions.
- Analysing property sales and client probabilities.
A strong focus on internal relationships between product lines is also required, ensuring information transfer and opportunities between divisions.
Responsibilities include preparing marketing submissions, client progress reports, and sales agency agreements at high standards.
Qualifications: A licenced real estate agent in Victoria is essential for this role.
Desirable qualifications include a track record in rural property sales or advisory, however related sales experience from banking or agribusiness operational backgrounds will also be considered.
