Childcare Educator Opportunity

As a Childcare Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young minds. Our early childhood education team is dedicated to creating stimulating and child-led learning programs that foster a sense of value and security among children.
About the Role:You will be responsible for designing and maintaining engaging and safe learning environments, as well as developing strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues. This includes recording children's progress, routines, and interests, ensuring compliance with established policies, processes, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Maintaining accurate records of children's development and progress
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with families and children
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children
To excel in this role, you will require a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, a current Working with Children Check, and First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
