Role Overview

This is a stimulating opportunity for an experienced professional to join our commercial property consultancy and assist in the management of a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various duties associated with supporting the Commercial Property Management division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lease administration and direct tenant liaison;
  • Liaising with contractors and arranging maintenance and minor works;
  • Monthly and annual reporting and compliance;
  • Preparing reports and ensuring policies are up to date;

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in Real Estate Admin or Property Management;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and effective presentation and communication skills;
  • Ability to take initiative and be thorough, efficient and confident.
