Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyse current secrets management practices and evaluate design integration solution proposals using HashiCorp Vault.
  • Work closely with the Engagement Lead, Technical Lead, and project management staff to articulate design requirements and feed into the engineering backlog of work.
  • Undertake complex and sensitive work, operating under broad direction, and exercising a considerable degree of independence.
  • Develop and maintain solution documents, support daily operations, and monitor performance of business solutions.
  • Adhere to delivery and support methodologies, contribute ideas for improvement, and perform detailed technical application assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define tasks, resolve issues, and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
Candidate Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated Systems Analyst experience working with a secrets management solution within complex ICT environments, preferably HashiCorp Vault.
  • Demonstrated technical Systems Analyst experience working across a broad range of capabilities, such as DevSecOps, CI/CD, Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and Integration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of credential usage in a complex ICT environment, identifying risks relating to the compromise of credentials, and working with stakeholders to propose and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Demonstrated experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to elicit requirements and support them to adopt a capability or product.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and documenting system specifications and modelling in consultation with technical stakeholders.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cyber security principles, experience working with secrets management solutions, and excellent stakeholder management skills. They will also have a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
