Construction Operations Coordinator

Our company is seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join their team. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Construction Team, including liaison and organization of trades, suppliers, and contractors.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced administration role within the residential construction industry, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail.
They will also possess excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and be proficient in Buildertrend software. A good track record of references is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provision of admin support across the Construction Team
- Dealing with purchase orders & scheduling
- General administration duties
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role within residential construction industry
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in Buildertrend software
- Good references
