Job Title:

Axiom Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our regulatory reporting systems.
  • Ensure deliverables conform to architectural, technical, security and data access standards.
  • Unit testing components to ensure deliverables meet acceptable quality metrics.
  • Proactively identify and manage data risk, ensuring risks are understood by related parties and developing risk mitigants.
  • Full development life cycle; from development through to deployment of deliverables to production environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8+ years of experience in AxiomSL V10 with expertise in individual objects (Aggregation, Data Models, Portfolios, Stream and Instance Keys etc.) including various configurations and settings.
  • Design and development based on business requirements.
  • Define clear success criteria with a focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage vendor patches, upgrades, environment setup, development and testing tasks to completion.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and managing multiple conflicting requests.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services organisations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Control-M or any other batch scheduling tool is a plus.
