We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate Store Leader. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our stores.

About the Role

As an Associate Store Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Leader in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Leader in managing store operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets
  • Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance and cleanliness

  • Permanent part-time position offering $28.51 per hour + superannuation + penalty rates
  • Paid training (including Food Safety Supervisor Certificate), conducted both instore & online
