We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join the ETCS project within the Major Projects Integration team in Brisbane. The role involves overseeing the training compliance of the project in an initial 2-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating the development and implementation of the Training Strategy Plan.
- Developing and conducting training programs as required.
- Reviewing training compliance and providing regular reporting on progress.
- Coordinating the accreditation of relevant training programs and recognition of qualifications.
- Assisting in developing programs that provide training on project deliverables and help identify skills gaps.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role in transportation or related industries.
- A high level of skill in oral and written communication.
- Extensive knowledge of train operations environments and safety-related governance.
- A high level of skill in researching, developing, and writing operational Safety documentation.
