Looking for a rewarding career as a Local MR Driver in a growing business? We are seeking motivated and experienced drivers with at least 2 years of experience in the Transport & Logistics industries to join our Brisbane team located in Redbank for a full time role.

Job Description

Our company specializes in Road express transportation throughout Australia, providing excellent earning potential and stability. As a Local MR Driver, you will be responsible for driving locally within metro areas, working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth loading and unloading processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive safely and efficiently within local metro areas
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods
  • Strap curtains and lock gates
  • Operate Dog and Chain restraints
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Transport & Logistics industries
  • Confident in driving and understanding local metro areas
  • Valid Medium Rigid (MR) licence with at least 1 year of local driving experience
  • Synchro Gearbox experience is essential
  • Chain and Dog experience is also essential
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
