Job Opportunity: Senior Video Platform Leader

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our video platform team, driving innovation and excellence in next-generation video rendering technology.

  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers, providing technical direction and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement scalable architectures for video rendering across native and web platforms, meeting performance and user experience standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build robust infrastructure for video experiences, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to develop their skills and expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in multimedia, embedded systems, or video rendering domains, with a strong understanding of video codecs, rendering pipelines, and cross-platform systems.
  • Deep knowledge of video rendering technologies, including WASM and native engine experience, with a focus on building high-performance video experiences.
  • Able to manage large engineering organizations, including staff engineers and Engineering Managers, with a proven track record of delivering results and achieving technical excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and drive business outcomes.
