**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Campbelltown, Southern NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to provide therapy services for a predominantly paediatric caseload and grow your skillset across various clinical areas and settings.

As an Occupational Therapist with our practice, you will have the chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team and engage with a range of clinicians and allied health professionals. You will be encouraged to develop skills in specific clinical areas and specialise in your chosen field.

This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, offering flexible face-to-face work arrangements and ongoing supervision and support. Our practice values compassion and motivation, and we are committed to providing a positive work environment that fosters growth and development.

**Benefits**

  • We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation.
  • Our location offers a beautiful and relaxed lifestyle, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration.
  • You will have access to regular case conferences, weekly team meetings, and in-house leadership development programs to support your professional growth.
  • We also offer a generous professional development allowance of $10,000 and 5 paid PD days per year.
  • In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus and 12 months tenure bonus.

**Requirements**

  • Relevant Occupational Therapy Tertiary qualifications
  • AHPRA registration
  • 2+ years paediatric experience
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on a person's health
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Warm and caring personality
  • A team player
  • Current driver's license
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police check (or willing to obtain)
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
