School Uniform Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill this key role in our uniform sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with uniform selections, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the shop's uniform offerings, including sizing charts, material information, and pricing to ensure accurate answers to customer questions.
  • Efficiently handle sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments, while maintaining accuracy in all transactions and issuing receipts.
  • Order, organise, stock, and replenish shelves and racks, monitoring stock levels, reporting low inventory, and unpacking deliveries.
  • Offer guidance with fitting rooms, ensuring a comfortable experience for students trying on uniforms, and help parents determine the best fit.
  • Keep the store neat, organised, and presentable by regularly arranging displays, folding items, and cleaning high-traffic areas.
  • Work with other staff members to coordinate stock, assist with special orders, and manage any rush periods smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an individual with previous retail experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic maths skills, and familiarity with POS systems. The ideal candidate will also be dependable, punctual, and well-organised, with a positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
